Our team has moved.  I wanted to post a quick update for friends and clients during this transition.  From your seat, not a lot will be different.  We're in the same location with the same phone numbers and same website.  The only contact piece that's changed is our email addresses.  Remember to update to jmarschall@primelending.com.  Emails sent to wjbradley do not work. 

The reason for our change stems from our client demand and our ability to deliver on those demands.  The market continues to change on a daily basis, not only in the bond market, but in product availability.  Our new partner, PrimeLending is a wholly owned subsidiary of PlainsCapital Bank.  This allows us additional resources and funding avaliability to provide better solutions to our clients.  WJ Bradley was a good partner for us, but PrimeLending looks to be a better fit moving into the future. 

The commitment from myself and our team hasn't changed.  We plan to continue to deiliver the best service and advice you've come to expect.  As always, I'm available to answer any questions you may have about our transition, the market or anything you'd like to talk about.  I hope all is well and hope to talk to you soon.
